As an adaptation mentor, you have the opportunity to share practical tips and your experiences in coping with Estonian everyday life. Activities depend on what the people with migrant
background need help with – using public transport, buying a warm winter jacket or making contacts with the local people. As a language partner, you have the opportunity to support the formal language learning of people through the regular practice of the Estonian language in an informal environment.

Abilities/equipment required for volunteering

We are looking for a responsible and friendly person who is interested in different cultures. Willingness to work with the people with migrant backgrounds – beneficiaries of international protection or people who have come to Estonia as part of family
migration.
