We need volunteers to help with selling tickets, records and souvenirs, site maintenance, construction, at information desk, staff storage, servicing and furnishing the music halls, communicationg with our stage managers, band hosts, couriers, IT assistants, drivers, security guards, photographers and staff secretaries.

What skills/resources are expected from the voulunteers?
We’re looking for sociable, smart, energetic, tidy-loving, commercial-minded, good-eyed and good-eared volunteers aged 18+ to join our team! Luckily, to apply, all you need is to feel you have at least one of these qualities!
When assigning volunteers to different teams within the festival team (e.g. construction, catering, ticketing, venue services, etc.), we take into account previous work or volunteering experience, skills (including language skills). However, there’s always a first time, so why not start your volunteering journey at our festival!
What volunteering offers?
The festival offers a great opportunity to see the kitchen side of a big event and to challenge yourself in different areas that you don’t come into contact with on a daily basis. Many team members describe volunteering at the festival as the highlight of their summer, which is always spent in a pleasant atmosphere and surrounded by good music. The team brings together people from very different walks of life, and it is a place to make new friends and professional contacts. As a volunteer’s working day is usually 6-8 hours, there is plenty of time to enjoy the festival programme. It is also a good opportunity for self-development and learning – some volunteers have gone on to become festival team leaders or found a job at the Estonian Traditional Music Centre.
