From the 10th to the 12th of October, the Tallinn Põhjala factory will once again be filled with sustainability enthusiasts thanks to the Impact Day festival. The focus of this year’s event is the phrase “less is more”, and by the end of the three days of the event, every participant has been able to see with their own eyes that there is a grain of truth in this saying.
As a volunteer, you will be part of a bright-eyed, supportive and purposeful organizing team, and you can help us bring a sustainable way of thinking to the masses. There are different tasks, and we take into account the skills and preferences of each volunteer when distributing them.
- If you enjoy socializing and meeting new people, you’ll be perfect for greeting and ticketing speakers and visitors on the check-in team.
- If your strength is the ability to manage and communicate information clearly, directing visitors in the general areas of the festival and answering their questions could suit you.
- If you have an eye for details and a willingness to get involved and find solutions, we would be very grateful if you could help keep an eye on the overall order during the event.
- If you are more interested in what is happening on stage, then we need your help to ensure that the performers arrive on stage on time and that everything is ready for them.

What skills/resources are expected from the voulunteers?
Above all, we expect a good mood and a positive attitude from volunteers. Since it is an international event, communication skills in English are also required.
