Supporting the Mindvalley University Team with any kind of tasks related to the execution of the event in Tallinn, some of the potential tasks are listed below:
- Support with the registration of the attendees on the site – welcoming customers, confirming the attendee tickets, assigning wristbands, sharing information and giving directions, checking waiver forms, etc.
- Support in the seminar rooms in various tasks – mic running, managing the stage, changing the setup of the room if needed, etc
- Support with managing the hub for the event – logistical tasks, help with re-filling the water tanks, moving chairs, furniture, banners, etc.
- Support with the toddlers, kids, and/or teens program – filling different roles based on the instructions from the main lead for youth programs.
- Support with evening & social events – assisting the main lead for the evening and/or social events in various roles, such as checking wristbands, welcoming customers, etc.
- Assisting with the setup for the morning activities (yoga, fitness, meditation, breathwork) before the main programming at the Hub.
- Other similar tasks for which the instructions will be provided by the event lead.
What skills/resources are expected from the voulunteers?
- Fluent in both spoken and written English.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Adaptability in a fast-moving environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and resourcefulness.
- Self-starter who can take the initiative and is proactive in contributing toward the team and goals.
- Interest in personal growth would be nice to have. 🙂
